The aroma of cherry smoke is fruity and sweet, and colours smoked food in a darker shade. Perfect for all types of meat. Soak these chips in water for around 30 minutes before use. When everything is ready for smoking, place the chips into the smoker box or wrap them in pierced foil and place onto embers or charcoal. When the chips begin to produce smoke, place food on the grill grate and close the lid. The grill lid must be closed so that the smoked food would acquire as much flavour as possible.
